Millen RV Park & Campground consistently receives high marks for its commitment to guest satisfaction, spearheaded by its "sweet welcoming owner, Patti," who makes guests feel "like family." This personal touch, coupled with practical features designed for RVers, establishes it as a valuable option in the region's camping landscape. Our comprehensive guide will walk you through what makes this park a suitable choice for your next RV adventure in Georgia.

The demand for quality RV parks continues to grow as more people discover the freedom and flexibility of RV travel. Millen RV Park & Campground meets this demand by focusing on the core needs of RVers: spacious sites, reliable hookups, and a safe, pleasant environment. Its position in Millen also places it strategically for those exploring nearby attractions or working on temporary assignments in the area, offering a blend of rural charm and practical convenience.

Location and Accessibility

Millen RV Park & Campground is conveniently located at 670 Lane Dr, Millen, GA 30442, USA. Millen itself is a small, quiet town in Jenkins County, Georgia, offering a relaxed pace of life. The park's address on Lane Drive places it slightly off the main thoroughfares, contributing to its noted tranquility, as it is "off the main road."

Accessibility to the park is generally excellent, even for larger rigs. Reviews highlight that "the roads leading in are big-rig friendly," a crucial factor for many RVers. However, for those with particularly large rigs, a helpful tip shared by a previous guest advises a specific approach when arriving from Route 25: "Big rigs arriving from route 25 should turn on Alabama Avenue and right onto South Gray street, as the campground is on an angled road." This attention to detail in guest advice underscores the park's commitment to a smooth arrival experience. Once inside, the park features a mix of back-in and pull-through sites, accommodating various preferences and RV lengths. While some sites might have "limited length" due to the park being older, the vast majority are described as "very level and have many shade trees," ensuring comfort upon arrival. The presence of numerous shade trees adds to the natural ambiance but also requires "navigate accordingly" for big rigs. The park's proximity to town means that "a few restaurants and a small grocery store within 1 mile of the RV park" are easily accessible, providing essential conveniences without needing to travel far. This balance of peaceful setting and local access makes it a practical choice for both short and long-term stays.

Services Offered

  • Pet-Friendly: Millen RV Park & Campground welcomes "four-legged friends." While there isn't a dedicated fenced-in dog park, there are "plenty of places to walk your four-legged friends" on leash within the park's expansive grounds.
  • Good Cell Service: In today's connected world, reliable cell service is a must. Reviews confirm "good cell service" with observed speeds for AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, ensuring guests can stay connected for work, entertainment, or emergencies.

We had the pleasure of an overnight stay at Millen RV Park and campground. Patti is a sweet welcoming owner who came out to guide us to our spot. We pull a 38ft 5th wheel. Our pull through site was spacious with full hookups. Tucked back with plenty of shade trees. Some lng term residence but friendly and we felt safe there. Big area to walk your dog on leash. Easy to find and a great price! Thanks Patti for your hospitality!

Millen RV park is a tranquil place to stay. We stayed in a 45' 5th wheel for a month. The roads leading in are big-rig friendly. Please note many beautiful trees throughout the park, so navigate accordingly. Big rigs arriving from route 25 should turn on Alabama Avenue and right onto South Gray street, as the campground is on an angled road. A few spots can accommodate big rigs, but this park is older, so some sites have limited length. However, all spots have plenty of room side to side. There is a mix of back-in and a few pull-through sites. Almost all sites are very level and have many shade trees. The water pressure was good, and the quality was excellent. They do not have any restrooms, laundry areas, or a fenced-in dog park. However, they have plenty of places to walk your four-legged friends. We had the privilege of meeting the owner, Patty. She is a fantastic lady who immediately made us feel like family. There are a few restaurants and a small grocery store within 1 mile of the RV park. This location has good cell service. We used an amplified antenna, and the following speeds were observed. AT&T 20 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up. T-Mobile was 5 Mbps down, 3 Mbps up, and Verizon was 8 Mbps down and 3 Mbps up. If this review was helpful, please give it a thumbs up. Thanks

We sold our house and moved here to Millen RV Park Campground while waiting for our next adventure. We have been here for aprox one year! Pattie manages this place and is absolutely wonderful day in and day out! She keeps the campground tidy and is very friendly and helpful. Here with two kids, never a safety problem. This place is located right outside of town, hidden in the woods. Located next to Recreation department. Has playground, track, basketball and tennis court. In town, I suggest Downtown Cafe and Rounds Seafood for lunch and dinner. Cute boutiques in town for coffee and clothing. Multiple Churches that are inviting. River boatramp is just down the road. Very convenient place. Grocery and dollar stores are just minutes away. Magnolia Springs State Park is on opposite side of town , great escape. Millen coin laundry is in town its convenient. Cost of electric and rental wont hurt your pocket! You won't be disappointed if you make this home, a pit stop for hunting or exploring, location to stay for work or a temporary home like we did!
