Customer Reviews
The owner is a very friendly, very involved individual. The lot is quiet and has a great view. Less than three minutes to the nearest Fort Riley gate. The only issue I had was the wood roaches kept coming into the house during the summer and I was told they are just water bugs when I requested exterminating services.
The landlord, Brian, is both a liar and a thief. Ignored numerous requests for my deposit on the trailer, and then replied with as blatant lie about cleaning fees. ($400? Really?!?) As a bonus, after accepting my therapy pet, a indoor, declawed and fixed cat, on the property, he had the temerity to say cats aren't allowed and that my deposit was forfeit. Rent at your own risk!
We live there in the late 70s it is a great place we had two children a daughter and a son I am master sergeant Walter J Dozier I currently live in Snow Hill North Carolina..
