Stay far away from this place. Rudest manager in town. Lived there 3 weeks and my heat went out during a snow storm. Was told they didn’t have any portable heaters to provide my children and I. Was then told they were all sold out every where as well. Went 19 days with no heat and no care in the world. Was told parts were on order but on the 19th day they replaced the entire unit. Reported issues that needed fixed and they were NEVER fixed. I had to replace my own toilet seats and do any repairs I could do myself. I suggest never ever living here. It’s only a matter of time before someone sues them and they end up out of business or getting new ownership and management.

This is the worst place in my entire life where I have lived. If you are a good person and you want to live in a quiet place where the administration of the place treats you with dignity, respect and education, then never in your life will you live there. Never before has a community manager been so extremely rude and gross to me and my entire family. This person has no education, he is not friendly, he is the worst thing I have seen, and I really would love if what happened to me and my family in that place would happen to no one else.

Had a very uncomfortable and aggressive conversation with management when I went to visit a friend, and inquired about renting and she took a photo of my license plate and asked me to leave property. Unprofessional and I feel uncomfortable visiting.

Train track is right beside the property and it comes through atleast 2-3 times a night and blows the horn. If you’re a light sleeper this is not the place for you.
