Absolutely disgusting and INFESTED. No one deserves to live in these conditions. Management is aware and thinks it's acceptable for their paying tenants to be subjected to this. Will be pursuing all possible avenues with the health department and Better Business Bureau as well. Horrifying living conditions.

This Campground rents weekly and monthly so most people here have been here a while, but they still offer spots and have them available frequently! But it's just a stone's throw from the Davidson Rutherford County Line! And they do not mind pets, and there is a little area to walk your dog in for potty walks! It's not real fancy here but it's quiet, and allows pets!

It's definitely not the nicest campground I've ever stayed at. It has old facilities, and the sites aren't consistently level. But, the residents are nice. The area is fairly quiet. And the staff can be helpful. They're working on the campground, adding a few sites and a second shower house. But the downsides are; the sites aren't level, you're on top of your neighbor. The newly built facilities are still being finished as far as I can tell (it's been almost a year) so you can't use them. The parking situation is a joke, good luck parking near your site. The parking area is a lawless zone, no one acts like other people have to park there also. Honestly, if I-24 campground had space, I'd move tomorrow. If you're lucky enough to get in there, take it.

Nice clean campground, friendly staff. Old style not a lot of room or frills. Considering the fact that it is in the middle of a growing city, and so close to Nashville, less than 10 miles drive from the airport, it's a great place to stay. There are a few long term residents, but they keep it clean and help to keep the place safe. Wintered here with my wife and kids. Also has an old motel converted into a weekly rental efficiency room in front of the place. Helps to block the noise from the road. I would stay here again.
