Customer Reviews
Well maintained and clean campground. We stayed at site 12 on the "divide." These sites were pretty small, and the "outdoor" space including the picnic table and fire ring is behind the site right on the water, not beside your camper. Not a bad thing, just good to understand this going into it. I definitely prefer a little more space between campers but the campground makes up for that in other ways. Worth mentioning, the "divide" sites are right next to the highway so it's fairly noisy. The employees and other campers were all very friendly and welcoming. Wendy is awesome! The restrooms at the lodge are currently under renovation and look like they'll be top notch when done. The shower house near our site was clean and in good condition, with good water pressure and temp control. If you stay here, be sure to check in with the lodge for any activities. They had a live band Saturday night (great band by the way) and we might have missed out had we not stopped in earlier in the day for a few items we forgot at home. The camp store is stocked pretty well with odds and ends and Mystic Waters gear. Overall I would recommend it to friends and I would stay here again.
Such a great park. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Park is clean and very well taken care of. The lodge has local foods and is very comfortable. My site was level and I had plenty of space between myself and neighbors. My pup loved walking around here. I look forward to coming back and enjoying a live music event.
This is a beautiful campground with 3 ponds, plenty of fish and turtles as well as a nice little beach and dock. We took a nice shaded power site, and in addition to the view we had solid power with no faults. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, we arrived late due to unforeseen circumstances but got a call from Wendy letting us know she left our passes out for us even though the office would be closed on our arrival. The dogs enjoyed the scenery, smells of the outdoors. And we enjoyed a relaxing and easy camping experience. The bathrooms are being remodeled, so they are presently unisex, but you won't mind. You enter a common hall, then there are 4 stalls with doors latches, toilet, sink, and a shower all in privacy.
This was the best way to do a concert at Deer Creek/Ruoff Music Center. The add on shuttle was awesome. The campground itself is beautiful, everything was clean and the setup is excellent. We stayed in a rustic cabin and it was great for two friends attending an event but there are other cabin options as well. The waters were beautiful and overall a great place to relax.
We needed an overnight camping site while traveling to see our son & found Mystic Waters through Good Sam. Wish we had been able to stay longer & enjoy the park. Clean and cute! We were there off-season so not much going on, but still lovely. A little pricey compared to what we usually find but the cheapest in the area! Ladies who helped us with the arrangements were super nice and made sure they saved us a nice, quiet site with easy access as we arrived late & had to leave early! Will stay there again!
