New management has been awesome. Really turning this place around. Trying to make it into a family community. Honestly I like being billed monthly for water and trash. In fact the new billing system saved me a couple months ago when my bathroom cold line sprung a leak.. couldn't hear it because of my fan running all the time. Thankfully the office reached out to me after noticing an increase in my water usage that I hadn't noticed yet. Neighbors are great and a lot of kiddos running around which is great to see.
With New management now In North Creek Park, Things have gotten much better! Like you would want when choosing a place to Raise a family, or Retire like me! There's already been changes for the better and my neighbors are great! New rules on fires! so it'll no longer smell like a forest fire! Thanks Chris for making this a safer and peaceful place to live!
Lived here for over 20 years , recently sold to haven park …took over jacked rent up charging some residents way more than others especially new residents several cars get towed for parking on street after 10:00 effectively a curfew..over billing on water…changing rules without proper notice..managers ex husband breaking into Neibor’s home in middle of day with gun…I could go on and on but you get the point …I could try to say it’s cheap living , but can’t say that either…my advice. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE
This mobile home development is close to my home. I have visited family and friends living here for many years. The new management is very welcoming and seems to really care about not only the mobile home park but the families that live here. I would highly recomend North Creek for anyone looking for a new home in the area.
People burn leafs and garbage the place smells like a forest fire! I'm sick half the time! The management doesn't do anything! For you! If u wanna live in trailer trash there's plenty of that to! This could be a nice place! If the management stepped up and looked out for the residence and got the riff-raff out of the park!
