Nice , usually quiet. A few stray cats around. There's 2 spaces parking, but a lot of people have 3 & 4 cars parked out front most the time. Time to mow the grass & long stems in your yard. Trash runs regular. Some kids ride their bikes through flower beds in the yards. Or destroy property. Parents need to be more observant. At least check on em. It was no dogs allowed. Is that still true!. Be kind to your neighbor. It will pay you back in a good way one day.
Such a nice place to live! It has the best houses with 2 bathrooms! It allows you to have cats and dogs! The people that work there are so nice and respectful. If your looking for a house live here its amazing. (I haved lived here for 5 years)
Quant community. Near buck hill. You can see, hear & feel the energy of the skiers. Community center & a park with swings & slides for the kids. Very family & kid friendly. Everyone is neighborly. Center mailbox location. Many speed bumps. Lovely lilacs bloom during May. There scent is contagious. Check it out, you might like it.
I have enjoyed living here . Nice people who are helpful to each other. Very clean park and queit . We do get visits from local wild life , no problems.
Honestly the best place I've ever lived quiet friendly and the property manager is very nice and helpful I grew up here with my mom and now I own and live here one of the better decisions I've made
