Stonehill Regional Park is more than just a place to set up camp; it's a vibrant hub of outdoor activity centered around the scenic Del Clark Lake. With a variety of campsites and ample space for various activities, it’s designed to appeal to both short-term visitors and those looking for a longer-term outdoor home base.

The park's popularity is evident, attracting many who appreciate its offerings. As with any well-loved destination, especially those that offer seasonal camping opportunities, there can be a lively atmosphere. While the vast majority of campers contribute to a positive environment, occasional instances of inconsiderate behavior from a few individuals can arise. However, the park management strives to foster a family-friendly atmosphere and encourages respectful conduct to ensure everyone can enjoy their visit. The sheer beauty of the area, combined with excellent fishing and diverse recreational options, consistently draws visitors back.

Love coming here! But the last 2 times we have visited mean kids from the camping area have bullied my son at the park area and beach; the one time they even poured sand in his face! As soon as I was told by my son, the kid took off into the camping area not to be found. It's too bad because we really enjoy coming out here, but rude campers make it hard to WANT to go.
