They have a new owner. He is making lots of improvements and making this a better place to call home. The streets are better, but it takes everyone to help to keep their home looking neat & nice. A security fence is being put up and that is only the start. He has so many new projects for this property ,but it is going to take time and when it is finished it will be worth the wait.
Have a wonderful new maintenance man who knows what he is doing. I've been here 5years no problems with rats or roaches if you keep a clean house you won't have any infestations. The park managers have always been friendly and helpful towards us
I would NOT recommend this place. I moved here because my lease was ending less than a month and this was the most convenient place at the moment. They rushed me into moving early before my lease was up at the previous place stating everything would be ready. When I moved in they did not have the keys to the place, made us change our own locks, the front door has a crack to where someone can easily break in, kids room has no working ceiling fan or light with two holes in the bottom of wall where anything could easily come in, and the whole place stunk so bad. Still a couple weeks later after going through bottles and different fresheners we cannot get the stench out. Not to mention we had no stove and we had called and complained since day 1 but no one seems to want to put one in but still have to pay full rent when I can't even cook a hot meal for me and my family. I've been here two weeks and already looking to move out ASAP. Definitely NOT worth the money and they charge you for every little thing. Office states they close at 1:30 so it's hard to ever get in touch with someone. So I advise if you consider this place let it be your very last choice because it may come with many issues when your wanting and easy and relax place to stay. God bless
My friend lives there, and he said that the rent isn't bad. It's quiet and clean, the management really takes care of the place, and you can tell. So, if your looking to move to Channelview give this place a look..
slum lord rental trailer hood. I'm sure most of the people are nice. I fault the owners of the property. Their renters deserve better. You can't drive thru there without worrying about tearing up your car because of the huge pot holes.
