Old Town RV Park is more than just a place to hook up your RV; it's a community where the owners, Ronnie and his wife, are frequently praised for their welcoming and accommodating nature. This personal touch, combined with reasonable pricing and a strategic location, makes it a compelling choice for both short-term visitors exploring Nacogdoches and those seeking a longer-term residence. Its reputation for safety and a friendly environment further solidifies its appeal, making it a local favorite among the RV parks in the area.
Old Town RV Park is located at 5712 North St, Nacogdoches, TX 75965, USA. This address places it on a major thoroughfare, North Street (US Highway 59/259), which runs directly through Nacogdoches. What makes its location particularly appealing is its balance between accessibility and tranquility. For Texans, this means incredibly easy access to everything Nacogdoches has to offer. Downtown Nacogdoches, with its historic sites, unique shops, and local eateries, is just a short drive away. Major retail centers, including Walmart, and the medical center are also conveniently close, making it an excellent base for running errands, accessing healthcare, or enjoying the local scene. The direct access from a main highway like North Street ensures that RVs of all sizes can easily navigate to and from the park, while the setback from the road provides a surprising level of peace and quiet. This blend of urban convenience and natural serenity is a significant advantage for those looking to explore the area without sacrificing comfort.

Customer Reviews
Great place to stay long or short term. The owner, Ronnie and his wife are awesome. Very nice and accomodating. Reasonable prices, and as close as you can get to the middle of town of all the rv parks, and yet its tucked far enough back from the highway, and sort of hidden behind a house and trees giving it a pleasant, peaceful atmosphere. Much better than the flat, open pieces of land off the loop that offer no shade trees and very little privacy. People are friendly, never any problems, have left my car door literally standing open over night with the keys in ignition and money in the cup holder and woke up the next morning with everything right where i left it. Overall, was a pleasure staying here and I would absolutely reccomend it over any of the other parks in the area.
Nice and quiet place for monthly r v parking. Close to Walmart and medical center. College students bring your travel trailer and save your money on rent.
