Neighborhood is filled with crime. Constantly having issues. There are several stores that won't even except a payment for their account. They have had multiple reports of fraudulent evictions and forging resident accounts. All of their leasing ads have incorrect information and false pictures. None of the homes shown are at the addresses they are listed to be at. Corporate office never answers the phone or contacts residents, and the office manager has no idea what is going on with anyone's account. Worse place to get into businesses with. Do yourself a favor and keep scrolling or driving pass this dump.

They had a manager once that lied to me about being able to finance a new trailer. I sold my old pkace to get downpaynent. They refused my credit and now im in "rent land". Thanks alot.

I called about a mobile home to rent twice got a message saying the woman was out of the office showing a property then the woman starts texting from the number and then another number text about the mobile home asking what i was looking for and so on then stated she was in meeting and would call back amd didn't

The management is really hard to get in contact with . I lived there for 2 years and any time I tried to call the phone number listed no one ever answered . Also it is a big crime area. I had several instances where I had to call the police .
