This place has raw sewer running all over. My grand children play outside and they all have sore's all over them. Inside of the house stinks so bad like sewer. You can't even think about eating. My stomach was so upset the whole time I visited. It's very sad people have to live like that. They say the city has been called and nothing gets done. If they would all call the health department something would get done.
Dont rent a lot or even think about buying a Mobil home from this corporation, if you don't pay one month they add lots of fees for rent and even for your water bill, and in the long run take up you're trailer/mobile home, they take a long time to fix any problem my meter has a leak problem and they haven't fixed it yet for two years already, and the road is in terrible shape. The employees that work in the office are so rude and disrespectful some even rasist they will drain You out, one of them is Ms Amber! She is a terrible human being! I'm Mexican and so far have been treated in a very badly manner by her, two times by two employees. I even give them zero stars. Im looking to have my home moved out asap for im terrified of this woman's behavior towards me. They are the worst here please be aware.
I am impressed with the new ownership! SG Communities has friendly employees and a Facebook group for the residents. Westwood will continue to see improvements!
Love it out here it's really quiet place to live the new managers are great especially Mel I can always count on her to keep me updated on all the questions I ask
