Don't move in here! The new owners EVOKE CAPITAL are just like the banks. Greedy scum who turned down my 3 offers to clean up the property, evict and force family out of the homes, continually upping the rent, have no family values and are based out of California. The property has gone down hill since then taking over. They've unlawfully forced me out of my home when there was no contract which i signed with them. There websight is a bunch of lies and misleading not to mention there facing lawsuits. Evoke Capitol based out of California, left repairs in my home unresolved for months, I had to address water leak myself. I brought these to the maintenance which i was asked if i knew how to fixs them, which i replied yes. They told me good, fix them! So if you care about your family and the community in which you live... STAY AWAY FROM LIVING HERE.
