Its alright. Haven't noticed any grimy stuff. Update after 3 months of living here. Seems to be on the up in up. The owners are very involved in yhe payment process and have been so lenient. I appreciate them. Jim has installed impressive washers and dryers. Very nice guys. It gets 5 stars from me. Number 2 kell.

HAS BEEN A 0 STAR PARK is worse now. has no amenities no WiFi ,laundromat mostly in operable. stay any where but there electrical hookups unsafe dangerous
