Very quiet and nice place to live and yes they are gradually becoming 55 and over. They cannot just throw out people with kids . You have neighbors who say one thing and then break the rules because you cannot live here without a background check, so you you will be evicted without doing that . Pretty strict with that . That's what makes it a nice place to live .

They have closed down the pool and there's nothing for the children to do there any more and now they are trying to make it just for retirement aged people where it used to be a nice place for families to live and it used to be a safe place to raise your children now they don't want children.
