The new owners will sell you a mobile home.. but will not allow you to move it out of the trailer park, WTH?!!? They are NOT concerned about the tenants.. their ONLY concern is extracting MORE money$$

It is a nice trailer park community; with a population of more seniors than family & young children; keeping it in a great place for seniors and a quiet life! Perks!: Community Pool! Community area!
