This highlights a dedication to assisting new residents in finding their place within the community. While recent feedback from some residents indicates concerns regarding significant increases in lot rent prices and a perceived decrease in park upkeep, as well as new policies regarding moving homes out of the park, Peachtree Crossings continues to be a managed community offering a structured living environment with on-site amenities. Location and Accessibility

Peachtree Crossings is strategically located at 6521 Peachtree Blvd, Gardendale, AL 35071, USA. Gardendale is a growing city in northern Jefferson County, Alabama, offering a blend of suburban comfort and convenient access to the larger metropolitan area of Birmingham. This location is a significant advantage for residents, providing a balance of a quieter residential setting with immediate proximity to essential services and urban opportunities.

The community's address on Peachtree Boulevard places it within Gardendale's established residential areas, ensuring easy navigation. For broader accessibility, Gardendale benefits from its direct access to major transportation arteries. Interstate 65 (I-65) runs through Gardendale, providing a vital north-south corridor. This allows for quick and efficient commutes to downtown Birmingham, which is typically just a 15-20 minute drive south, making it highly convenient for work, education, healthcare, and entertainment. The presence of reputable schools in the area, such as Snow Rogers Elementary, North Jefferson Middle, and Mortimer Jordan High School, also makes it an attractive location for families. This combination of a family-friendly community, direct interstate access, and close proximity to both local and major city amenities positions Peachtree Crossings as a highly accessible and convenient choice for Alabama residents seeking mobile home living in the Birmingham metropolitan area.

Promotions or Special Offers

As a professional content writer specializing in local business SEO, it's typical for mobile home communities to offer incentives primarily focused on attracting new long-term residents and facilitating the placement of homes. While specific, limited-time promotions for Peachtree Crossings may not always be broadly advertised online, prospective residents should inquire directly about current offers.

Given the nature of a manufactured home community, common types of "promotions" or special offers that might be available could include:

  • Move-in Incentives for New Homes: This might involve a reduced first month's lot rent, waiving of certain application or hook-up fees, or assistance with the logistics of moving a new manufactured home onto a lot.
  • Lot Rent Specials: Occasionally, parks might offer a promotional rate for an initial period (e.g., the first few months) or a slightly discounted rate for signing a longer-term lease agreement (e.g., a 12-month lease versus a month-to-month agreement).
  • Financing Assistance Programs: As hinted by a review praising help with mobile home financing, the park management or their parent company (Roots Management Group) might have partnerships or programs to guide potential residents through the financing process for purchasing a manufactured home.
  • Referral Programs: While not explicitly stated, some communities offer incentives to existing residents who refer new residents who successfully lease a lot.

However, it is crucial to balance this with recent feedback indicating "lot rent prices have SIGNIFICANTLY increased" and concerns about "new owners" and their policies. This suggests that any promotions should be verified directly.

To obtain the most current and accurate information regarding lot availability, current rental rates, any available homes for sale within the park, and specific promotions, interested Alabama residents should contact Peachtree Crossings directly. The contact information for the Community Manager (Veronica Likes, associated with Roots MG) is typically the best point of contact to discuss all current offers and terms.

Lot rent prices have SIGNIFICANTLY increased, while upkeep on the park has SIGNIFICANTLY decreased.. very disappointing!! The new owners will sell you a mobile home.. but will not allow you to move it out of the trailer park, WTH?!!? They are NOT concerned about the tenants.. their ONLY concern is extracting MORE money$$

This is an amazing little community! Mostly.. [or all, not positive..] very quaint and cozy different styles & sizes of trailers! It is a nice trailer park community; with a population of more seniors than family & young children; keeping it in a great place for seniors and a quiet life! Perks!: Community Pool! Community area! Mail boxes all together!

They take away amenities and raise the lot rent really often. Most in this location are elderly and on a fixed income. Seems like they are trying to get the elderly out.
