Customer Reviews
We needed a place at the last minute, and they had a cancellation on a holiday weekend. Right on the river. Grounds are clean & well maintained. Bath houses are impeccable! Close to all kinds of shopping!
The sites are flat, gravel and very well maintained. Water and electric at each site. Though run by the TVA, which is federal, they did not honor the 50% discount for America the Beautiful Lifetime Senior pass. Plus, they charge a $5 booking/registration fee. Cost per night was $35 per night, in May, plus the $5 fee. They gave a $9 senior discount.
They have spots available for non-electric tent camping with a firering, picnic table, and a grill. They have an on-site office/camp store where you can buy odds and ins from worms to ice to firewood and almost everything in between. The restrooms with a shower in every bathroom were well maintained and cleaned daily and smelled nice. I only wished they had ac in them, which would have made it very nice while getting dressed after showering.
Clean and well laid out. We like the outer ring on the far end because it’s slightly more private. Clean bathroom/showers. Close to the water. Great stay. Only wish they had sewer connections at the sites instead of the dump station at the entrance. Otherwise, perfect!
They stole almost everything I had did something with my little baby puppy and they were my so called friends and Family.
