We have camped here a few times. It's a really nice campground with some of the best bathhouse/showers you will ever find. Great amenities! I took off one star because of the sewage smell along the backside of the campground where the maintenance building and permanent/long term RVs are. Many of these long term RVs are housing the park staff, so I know they smell it, as they live among it. It's just a matter of checking all the connections to ensure they are sealed. I'm glad my site was on the opposite side of the park. I wouldn't want to be near that perpetual stench for a week long stay. The staff is extremely friendly and they all seem to be constantly working or engaging with guests, and otherwise keeping up the cleanliness and maintenance. So basically, the only real negative is the sewer stench on the backside of the campground.

First time staying here. We love it. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Easy camper parking and hookup. Pool, laundry room, showers, game room, dog yard, food to order by the pool, small creek to fish in, and only a mile and half from down town pigeon forge.

We love this campground. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful group we have encountered. Always a smile on their face always willing to help and offer ideas or opinions on things to do in the area. Can’t wait to go back next year!
