Location and Accessibility

PINE Tree RV PARK is conveniently located at 108115 OK-56, Okemah, OK 74859, USA. This strategic position makes it an ideal stop for RVers traveling through central Oklahoma, particularly those utilizing Interstate 40 (I-40). The park is specifically noted for its "convenient, EZ off and EZ on to I40" access, which is a significant advantage for travelers looking for a quick and hassle-free overnight stay or a longer base while exploring the area.

Okemah itself is a small, friendly town situated roughly halfway between Oklahoma City and Tulsa, making it a natural breaking point for cross-state journeys. The park's direct proximity to a major interstate highway ensures that even large RVs can navigate easily to and from the premises without difficulty. While the immediate surroundings offer a sense of quiet rural Oklahoma, the convenience of I-40 means that essential services, gas stations, and local dining options in Okemah are just a short drive away. Services Offered

PINE Tree RV PARK, while described as "no frills" in some aspects, focuses on providing essential and highly valued services that cater directly to the needs of RV travelers. Here's a breakdown of what you can expect:

  • Full Hookup RV Sites: The park provides full hookups at its RV sites, ensuring that campers have access to electric (typically 30 and 50 amp), water, and sewer connections. This is fundamental for a comfortable and self-sufficient RV stay.
  • On-Site RV Repair Services: A standout and highly valued service is the full-time RV repair operation run by Randy, the owner, who is a certified RV technician. This means immediate, expert assistance is available for mechanical issues, which can be a trip-saver for many RVers.
  • Direct Owner Interaction: The park is managed by Randy and his mother, Paula, who are actively involved in the day-to-day operations. This ensures a personal touch and prompt attention to guest needs.
  • Fishing Pond: Guests have access to a pond on the property where they can enjoy fishing, adding a relaxing recreational activity directly at the park.
  • Night Light Show: The pond features a "light show at night" with a "lit fountain in the middle," creating a beautiful and serene ambiance for evening enjoyment.
  • Easy Access to I-40: The park's location offers "EZ off and EZ on" access to Interstate 40, crucial for convenient travel.
  • Safe Environment: Reviews consistently highlight the park as being "safe," providing peace of mind for guests.
  • Potable Water and Electricity: Reliable access to water and electricity at each site ensures basic comfort and functionality for RVs.

It is important to note that while the park is "no frills," this specifically refers to the absence of amenities like dedicated shower houses, laundry facilities, or extensive recreational facilities commonly found in larger resorts. However, the quality of its core services and the unique added value of on-site RV repair more than make up for these omissions for many travelers.

Promotions or Special Offers

As a smaller, family-owned and operated RV park, PINE Tree RV PARK typically focuses on providing consistent value through its services and competitive standard rates rather than frequent, widely advertised promotions. However, the inherent "special offer" of this park comes from several key aspects:

  • Exceptional Value for Service: The primary "bonus" is the on-site availability of a certified RV technician, Randy. This invaluable service, which can prevent costly towing or major trip delays, is an implicit value-add that goes beyond simple nightly rates. Many RVers would consider this on-site expertise a significant promotion in itself.
  • Competitive Pricing: While specific rates are not provided in the prompt, the description "cheaper" in the context of "great prices" for another comparable park suggests that PINE Tree RV PARK likely maintains an affordable price point, providing excellent value for its "super nice, clean, safe" offering.
  • Personalized Hospitality: The "feel right at home and part of the family" experience offered by Randy and Paula is a unique, intangible benefit that enhances the overall value of the stay, often more so than a monetary discount.

For the most current pricing, availability, and to inquire about any potential long-term stay rates or specific deals, it is highly recommended to contact PINE Tree RV PARK directly. They can be reached by phone at (918) 623-6051. Direct communication will ensure you receive the most accurate and up-to-date information for your travel plans.

This is a super nice, clean, safe, no frills (no shower, laundry, etc.) RV park. What really makes it is the owner, Randy and his mom, Paula make you feel right at home and part of the family!!!!! It’s convenient, EZ off and EZ on to I40. An added bonus is Randy is an extremely knowledgeable RV technician and runs a full-time RV repair operation out of the RV park. There’s a pond where you can fish and there’s a light show at night around the pond with a lit fountain in the middle - simply gorgeous!! You can even see the stars. If you’re lucky enough to stay here, it’s a diamond in the rough!!

Randy is a certified RV tech, and he helped us when we broke down in a gas station near I40. We were dead in the water on a Saturday afternoon with broken bolts on our travel trailer's suspension. Randy came and made it safe enough to tow to his garage at the campground. As he had no open sites, he let us park in front of the garage and hooked up electricity. On Monday he fixed our rig. He even work with our extended warranty company. We were far from home and on our way to AZ. But Randy saved our trip. Thank you!

Randy is incredibly helpful from the start and is one of the best hosts we've had. Helped my husband with pulling in the spot, repair advice, and replacing a fridge in our rig! The park is quiet, clean, and beautiful, especially the pond at night! If we are sent back to the area, we will be staying here again!

They owners and fellow campers are all so very nice. I love how we can enjoy our time camping with all of our dogs. Everyone has been kind and even lent a hand when we pulled in to make sure we were set up good. The wind blows everyday almost and the Sun sets in the overlooking field every evening. Nice place to stop at

We needed a place to stay at the last minute. We were tired and trying to find a nice quiet park. When I called the owner stated they were full but offered to let us park our rig on her beautiful groomed lawn. She was truly a godsend. We were treated like family and it was the most quiet placed we've stayed at through our month long trip. We were told there was no hurry to pull out in morning and wished us well when we left. I definitely would stay again and tell my friends of this unknown treasure. Krys from AZ.
