For RV owners, especially those who may be working in different towns or visiting family across the region, Hallsville provides an ideal base. Services Offered

Northridge Mobile Home Park offers a set of services designed to simplify RV and mobile home living. While direct, comprehensive service lists are often best obtained by contacting the park directly, public feedback provides insights into what residents appreciate and expect.

  • RV/Mobile Home Lot Rentals: The core service is providing designated lots for RVs and mobile homes. This allows residents to park their vehicles in a dedicated space within the community.

  • All Utilities Paid: A significant and highly valued service highlighted by a resident is that the monthly rent includes "all utilities paid." This is a major financial benefit, simplifying budgeting for residents as they don't have to worry about separate bills for electricity, water, and potentially sewer or trash. This all-inclusive approach can lead to considerable savings and peace of mind.

  • On-site Management: The presence of a manager, as indicated by various customer interactions, suggests that there is on-site support for residents' concerns and issues. While some interactions can be challenging, the fact that a manager is available to address complaints and discuss park matters is a service in itself, indicating a point of contact for resident needs.

  • Community Maintenance Efforts: While some issues were raised about maintenance, the fact that a manager engaged with a resident regarding "issues in the park will be taken care of given enough time" indicates that there are ongoing efforts, or at least intentions, to maintain the park's common areas and infrastructure. This includes general upkeep of the grounds and potentially addressing drainage or utility concerns.

Features / Highlights

Based on resident feedback, Northridge Mobile Home Park possesses several key features and highlights that are particularly attractive to those seeking RV or mobile home living in the Hallsville area:

  • All-Inclusive Utilities: A standout feature is the monthly rent covering "all utilities paid." This means residents pay a single fee of, for example, $500 a month, and do not have to worry about separate bills for electricity, water, or other essential services. This simplifies budgeting and offers significant financial predictability, which is a major draw for many.

  • Affordable Living: At approximately "$500 a month all utilities paid," Northridge Mobile Home Park offers a highly competitive and affordable living solution, especially for those in RVs or mobile homes. This makes it an accessible option for individuals and families looking for cost-effective housing in the Missouri region.

  • Central Missouri Location: For individuals needing to travel within Central Missouri, such as caregivers or those with commitments in various towns, the park's location in Hallsville is a significant advantage. As one resident noted, it "worked out very well" for commuting between Harrisburg and Millersburg.

  • Long-Term Residency Option: With a resident having lived there for "10 years," Northridge Mobile Home Park clearly supports long-term residency, providing a stable and continuous living environment for its inhabitants. This is appealing for those seeking a more permanent base for their RV or mobile home.

  • Proactive Management Engagement (Post-Review): While some negative experiences were shared, the fact that "the manager came to talk to me and assured me issues in the park will be taken care of" after a negative review indicates a willingness by management to engage with resident concerns and work towards resolutions. This responsiveness, even if prompted, is a positive sign for potential residents.

We have lived here 10 years. It was a concern that some of the park issues where not being taken care of. After I posted a negative review the manager came to talk to me and assured me issues in the park will be taken care of given enough time. In my previous review I complained the rent keeps going up every few months. I was told the rent has only gone up twice in the past couple years. I admit I misspoke. As for our lot we work hard to maintain it, killing off weeds along the street, and keeping our yard mowed, and picking up the litter that washes up when the drainage ditch overflows in the yard. I apologize for for any negative remarks about the manager in the last review.

I love this town. I moved here to be in a central location. I'm a care giver. I had to take care a friend I Harrisburg, and my parents in Millersburg. it has worked out very well. any I'm living in a camper in Northridge trailer park, and turned out good too. 500 dollars a month all utilities paid. I've previously worked at UMHC for 27 years in management. we recently had a arctic blast for days, and then 2 more days later. I call the manager, and proceeds to yell at me. why did heat tape it. I did I told her, she said same thing three times. I gave the same answer. well it turns out it my water line, it was the meter. I put insulation in the water to prevent the freeze, but the maintenance man kept throwing it out. it would NOT have if he put it back. I put it back once and threw the insulation out again. this time it blew away. any a manager should NOT make actuations or assume anything until in vestigate it there self. it would have if she just have said " okay, we will check it out". I am customer. you don't treat people this was. I haven't had all month and still don't. to be fair I told her on Thursday it was the meter, because that's when I found out. I still don't have water, and camper has be flushed ( Christmas vacation). when it's not you can't use the toilet, because it's full! I called the manager this morning. I told her I paid for water all month. she told in loud voice " you don't pay for water"! I told her it's part of what pay. you know what ever I personally do not care who's fault it is!! I want it fixed. thats all I want, to because I'm paying for that! I'm so tired of her Okay still have no water 💦!!!!!! I don't know why they can't get meter from one of the unoccupied trailers in this trailer court. Please if any knows why they can't do that tell me. I may have an answer, or maybe not. If that is an option, then I should have had water on the 26th. No water yet.
