HWY 75 RV PARK & STORAGE About
For RV enthusiasts and those in need of reliable storage solutions in Oklahoma, HWY 75 RV PARK & STORAGE in Henryetta offers a convenient option. Located on the bustling Highway 75 corridor, this facility aims to provide essential services for both transient RVers and those seeking longer-term stays or storage for their recreational vehicles and boats. It's a pragmatic choice for those looking for a place to park and store their assets while navigating the state.
While the facility presents itself as a practical stop for various needs, it’s important for prospective visitors to consider all aspects. Reviewers indicate that the park is frequently used by "semi-permanent" residents, suggesting a more established community vibe rather than just a transient overnight stop. The park strives to offer basic amenities like a pool table and laundry facilities, though their operational status may vary. The presence of friendly staff, such as the manager's mom, can enhance the personal experience, offering a welcoming touch to your stay.
HWY 75 RV PARK & STORAGE is also notably focused on providing storage solutions, including large indoor units for RVs and boats, as well as outdoor concrete slab areas. This aspect makes it a strong contender for Oklahomans looking for secure and accessible storage near major highways and the state’s numerous lakes. However, guests should be aware of potential challenges for "big rigs, especially with a toad," due to "very difficult" entrance and exit conditions, and tight sites with minimal gravel. The park does offer a discount for Passport America members, which can make the rates more competitive for budget-conscious travelers.
This RV park serves a dual purpose as both an RV park and a storage facility, addressing varied needs within the Henryetta area. It's a place that prioritizes functionality and accessibility, providing a straightforward option for those seeking a practical solution for their RV and storage requirements in Oklahoma.
HWY 75 RV PARK & STORAGE is strategically located at 13705 Coalton Rd, Henryetta, OK 74437, USA. This address places it directly off US Highway 75, a significant north-south artery in Oklahoma. Its proximity to this major highway, and just a short distance from Interstate 40, makes it a highly accessible stop for RVers traveling through the state.
For those arriving from I-40, the park is approximately 3 miles north on US 75, followed by a 1/4 mile east on Coalton Road. This direct route minimizes the hassle of navigating through complex city streets, which is a key advantage for drivers of large RVs and those towing trailers. The location in Henryetta means it's within a reasonable distance of local services and amenities, providing convenience for restocking supplies or accessing local dining options.
However, it is important to note that some reviews suggest that the "entrance and exit very difficult" for "big rigs, especially with a toad," and that sites can be "very tight." While the direct highway access is a benefit, careful maneuvering may be required for larger vehicles upon arrival and departure. Despite these potential challenges for larger setups, its placement on a major highway offers a practical and straightforward option for many RV travelers and those needing storage in the Henryetta area.
HWY 75 RV PARK & STORAGE aims to provide a range of services for RV travelers and those in need of storage. Based on available information and customer feedback, the following services are generally offered:
- RV Sites with Full Hookups: The park offers numerous RV sites, totaling 48, all of which are full hookup sites. These include 30 Amp and 50 Amp electrical connections, water, and sewer services, catering to various RV power needs.
- Pull-Through Sites: All 48 sites are designed as pull-throughs, which can be convenient for easier parking and departure, especially for those not wanting to back up their rigs. Sites are 60 feet in length with 25x60 pull-through dimensions.
- On-site Storage Solutions: A significant feature of the park is its comprehensive storage options. This includes 2 large indoor RV units (45ft deep x 15ft wide x 14ft tall), 6 indoor boat units (32ft deep x 12ft wide x 10ft tall door), and 16 outdoor concrete slab areas (30ft deep x 15ft wide) for RV and boat storage. Additionally, there are 24 personal storage units of various sizes.
- Laundry Facilities: The park provides laundry facilities, though customer reviews suggest varying operational status of machines, with some washers leaving clothes wet and dryers requiring multiple cycles.
- Community WiFi: WiFi is available community-wide and at overnight sites, supporting mobile devices and streaming. However, some college students reported needing to go elsewhere (like Starbucks) for reliable internet, suggesting inconsistencies.
- Recreational Amenities: A functional pool table is available in the lobby/lounge area. There is also a pond on-site, potentially for fishing, and a playground for children.
- Restrooms and Showers: The park provides restroom and shower facilities (one for men, one for women, and one shower for the whole park). Reviews indicate these facilities may not always be consistently maintained or sanitary, and may have limited hours of access.
- LP Gas: Metered LP gas is available on-site, including bottle exchange and bottles-only service, adding convenience for propane refills.
- Pet Welcome Policy: Pets are permitted, though quantity restrictions may apply (call for details). This allows travelers to bring their furry companions, but guests should be aware of on-site dogs that "will jump on you if you don’t pay attention."
HWY 75 RV PARK & STORAGE presents several key features and highlights that are important for potential visitors to consider:
- Strategic Location for Travel: Its prime location directly off US Highway 75 and proximity to I-40 (Exit 247) is a major functional highlight, offering easy access for travelers on major routes. This is particularly beneficial for quick overnight stops or for those needing convenient access to and from the highway.
- Comprehensive Storage Solutions: The "STORAGE" aspect of its name is a significant feature. The park offers a variety of storage options, including large indoor units for RVs and boats, as well as outdoor concrete slabs and personal storage units. This is a considerable advantage for locals and travelers seeking secure long-term or temporary storage for their vehicles and belongings in the Henryetta area.
- Full Hookup, Pull-Through Sites: The park provides 48 full hookup, pull-through sites, offering essential utilities (electric, water, sewer) and ease of parking for most RVs, which is a standard convenience expected by RVers.
- Affordable Pricing with Passport America Discount: The park is noted as being "cheaper for a reason," but offers a Passport America discount, which can make the nightly rate more appealing for budget-conscious travelers. The standard rate is $45/night, reduced to $22.50 with the discount, offering good value for a Passport America member.
- On-Site Propane: The availability of LP gas refills on-site adds a layer of convenience, saving campers a trip to an off-site provider.
- Good Water Pressure: One reviewer specifically highlighted "great water pressure," which is a desirable feature for RVers when utilizing campground water hookups.
- Scenic View: Despite some site conditions, a "nice little view" was noted by one reviewer, suggesting some aesthetic appeal in the surrounding landscape.
HWY 75 RV PARK & STORAGE is known to offer promotional rates, notably through the Passport America program. According to publicly available information, a standard site that might be $45/night is reduced to $22.50 with a Passport America discount, making it a "cheaper for a reason" option, as one reviewer mentioned. They also list "Military Discount" as a promotion on some platforms. For specific details on current availability of these discounts, or any other promotions for extended stays (weekly or monthly rates are also published, e.g., $200/week or $475/month for 50 amp sites), it is highly recommended to contact HWY 75 RV PARK & STORAGE directly. As promotions can change, calling ahead is the best way to confirm the most current rates and any special offers that might be applicable to your stay or storage needs.

Its core strength lies in providing a practical base for RV travel and reliable storage, making it a suitable choice for a specific, utility-focused segment of the Oklahoma community.
Customer Reviews
There lobby isn’t cleaned you can tell they don’t sweep, mop, wipe down or pick up. They have a functioning pool table but when we first tried it we found a hair the looked oddly curly thick and short, COLLEGE STUDENTS THEY DO NOT HAVE A GOOD WIFI WE HAD TO GO TO STARBUCKS FOR WIFI, manager is almost never present, but her mom is super sweet!! We went to the lobby to take pictures though and that was the only time the manager came out to check on us, the toilet was also clogged for the women’s bathroom my girlfriend and a couple other rv guests complained about it but it was only un clogged and cleaned after she caught us taking pictures. I’m not trying to throw any type of shade but you can tell that the owners are more worried about other things and don’t really care about the campers. Also only one washer works fully to my knowledge one leaves your clothes wet and the other doesn’t even turn on, and the driers had to be ran a couple times before my clothes came out dry. The vending machines food and drinks are also expired. This place is definitely cheaper for a reason, they also have big dogs that run around they’re not violent and honestly sweet and good dog but they will jump on you if you don’t pay attention. And the shower is functional but not sanitary or very safe. (We stayed for three weeks and left early)
I will give them a couple things. Nice little view and great water pressure. Really appreciate the refund with all that's going on. Just not great for big rigs, especially with a toad. Entrance and exit very difficult. Only worth it if you have passport, otherwise over priced. It's just a grassy hill with very little gravel on sites, sites are very tight. I think we have about 4-5 feet between our rig and the neighbor.
Long-term tenants, this park is convenient and affordable... horrible when it rains, office personnel rarely present. Facilities, while mostly functional, are normally very dirty. Half of the washers and dryers are usually not working, but it is still nice to have ones that do. The maintenance people stay out late playing horseshoes, making metal clanging sounds until midnight during the week sometimes. I don't hate this place, but it is not as advertised.... short term would be ideal, 100% recommend. I do not recommend a long-term stay here. Edit, Lease is under spouses name... ive been here since June... still don't recommend this park for long term use. Maintenance guy stays up super late with his stupid horseshoes at all hours. We are moving out this weekend. For a weekend or a night, this park will be great for you, long term... id consider spending more elsewhere.
Great place to rent from. Office staff is extremely helpful and polite. Any issues were fixed in a timely manner. Park is quiet and never had anything messed with. Love the dog run for my boys and the laundry and wifi included in the amenities is a super plus. Also park is always very well kept and so is the common lounge area. Highly recommend staying here !
When we stay at an RV spot I do always need wifi for my work. NOT here wifi was terrible could not connect to my laptop, upon check in the wifi password was not posted anywhere! Had to ask one of the guest for it. Wifi password should be posted for after hours guest. Oh and by the way we arrived at 4:45 pm on a Thursday, they were already gone. Hours said 9-5. Anyways at the end of the day. l would like to relax and watch a little TV, but couldn't even do that because wifi is not good enough to stream. We did tell the owner about it after the first night, he said he would contact the provider. Didn't seem too concerned about it. It just got worst the rest of the time. All I am saying Do not advertise free wifi if you can't get it.!!! Also water pressure was not great and one night i woke up and had no water at all. If you call them they do not ever answer the phone. Won't be back!!!
