Piney Creek RV Park is conveniently located at 5058 US-49E, Yazoo City, MS 39194, USA. This address places it approximately one mile north of Yazoo City, a strategic position that offers excellent accessibility for RVers traveling through or staying in the region. U.S. Highway 49E is a major thoroughfare, ensuring that getting to and from the park is straightforward, even for large RVs and toy haulers, as one customer with a 43.5 ft toy hauler noted ample space.
The park's proximity to Yazoo City means residents have relatively quick access to local amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, and other essential services. Yazoo City itself is a hub for the surrounding rural areas, providing necessary conveniences without the overwhelming traffic of larger metropolitan centers. This balance makes it a suitable location for those who appreciate being close to town without being right in the middle of urban congestion.
A notable aspect of the location is its proximity to CF Industries, which can be a significant advantage for those working in or around the industrial site. However, prospective visitors should be aware of its closeness to a train track, which runs at "all hours," as mentioned in reviews, and an "industrial site" that generates "very loud noise and constant train traffic." While this is a factual detail to consider, some customers have adapted, noting that a nearby community sleeps "just fine" and that other noises are minimal. Despite the ambient noise, the park's accessibility to major routes and local points of interest remains a key benefit for RVers in Mississippi.
For outdoor enthusiasts, the location is within 15 minutes of Panther Swamp National Wildlife Refuge and Hillside National Wildlife Refuge, offering opportunities for wildlife viewing, fishing, and hunting. The park also features its own 5-acre stocked pond, providing immediate fishing access. This combination of convenient access to town amenities and proximity to natural recreation makes Piney Creek RV Park a practical base for exploring the Yazoo City area and the broader Delta region.

- Fishing Included: The inclusion of fishing in the stay at their 5-acre stocked pond can be considered a value-added feature, effectively a free amenity that enhances the recreational offerings without an additional charge.
- Simple, Value-Oriented Model: The park’s focus on core RV services (full hookups, spacious sites) without extensive ancillary amenities (like pools, clubhouses, or laundry facilities that often drive up costs) inherently keeps rates lower, serving as a continuous "promotion" for budget-conscious travelers.
