Clean park, but with industrial plants and railroad nearby it is rather noisy especially during sleeping hours. Access easy and price for long term about tge same as everyone else in the area. Difficult getting internet through xfinity and no good antenna contact.

Pretty good spot to stay. The spots are all concrete, which is nice. The public laundry is decent, but has two separate bathrooms with showers, which for a 6’2” person is great as I dislike most camper showers. Getting mail can be a bit tricky.

I'm truly for a loss of words, these folks are more than amazing. They are kind, gentle and even humorous! I'm absolutely novice, and the owners were kind enough to help me get in place... more than perfect. I'm so grateful to have found a home, with such kind folks. Until you meet them, you'll never understand how beautiful they are. The park is amazing, so clean, maintained, and the amenities are more than anyone could ask for... even a huge shower and laundry room. Nirvana?? I have a pond!! I most likely won the lottery?!?! I'm grateful. Good people. Great space.

Everyone should know that if you rent a spot here, the deposit is $200, and it seems that they do not plan to return the deposit. Per poor management Letty, and as I was told she is the only person that could help me. I moved out two weeks ago and when I was notified that I had a electric bill balance of $38 I told them to take it out of my deposit. Her response was she doesn't know how to return deposits. After that conversation she has gone MIA on text messages and I have even gone in the office and the person there put her on the phone for me. She said she will get back to me and still no contact from her part. I'm doing this review hoping I can get someone who cares reach out to me.
