Just completed third stay in past 13 months. The location is advantageous for 1st nite out from SE GA, and last nite on return. Large spacious park with good electric, water, and sewer. The Campspot resv site's pre check-in means no need to stop at office or host. EZ on-off to I-10. Pet friendly.

Mr. Sam & Mr. Troy are friendly to a fault, this RV Park lacks management and an office... lots of rules on the email but nothing really being enforced. One way signs throughout but not even the owners followed them. Laundry area is nice but washers had poop like substance in the black ring, so we had to clean them before every use. Bathrooms not being cleaned at all, so... take your cleaning supplies when you go. The dogs had a nice field closer to the drive but between the trailer storage and forest it smelt like chemicals all the time and the owner said it didn't but IT DID! Dogs on ropes being alone for hours but nobody cares... dog poop isn't being picked up and trash on the fence line isn't being picked up. We stayed for 3 months because we were having our truck worked on... wish we wouldn't have... no management skills at all, always trying to make friends but not enforcing their own set of rules!

Beautiful campground! Large pull through & back-in campsites for RV. Easy access off 10. Very clean, friendly & pet friendly too. So peaceful listening to bird calls, nestled in nature. We extended our travel plans just to spend another day exploring this beautiful area. Highly recommend Ponce de Leon RV Park!

This is the place! Stayed 1 night. Everything was clean and shiny. Sites were well marked and lots of room between. Sites were also staggered, which was nice, so you don’t have neighbors looking into your windows. A very pleasant stay, if you’re in the area, would highly recommend!

This is not an RV resort but a well-kept campground. The sites were clean and my cellphone service was good enough to use my hotspot to stream TV in the evening. You can walk to the Dollar General if you forgot or need something. It is only about 45 minutes to an hour from Panama City.
