Mostly (~85%) mobile homes, many not well kept. Full. Not very large sites for mobile homes. A place to live, not a place to enjoy.

I have been staying here seasonally since 2013 and I have to say the management staff and owner go out of their way to help residents and really emphasize a quiet and safe space. Numerous upgrades over the past couple of years have made the park even nicer and you will be lucky to get a spot! I hope they are able to expand soon so more people have the opportunity to live in a safe and sane place.
