Services Offered

Rend Lake Mobile Home Park, like most mobile home communities, focuses on providing essential services to facilitate comfortable and stable manufactured home living for its residents.

  • Lot Rentals: The primary service is the provision of lots for the placement of manufactured homes. These lots typically come equipped with the necessary infrastructure for utility connections.
  • Utility Hookups: Residents can expect access to utility hookups for water, sewer, and electricity at each individual lot, which are fundamental for a functioning home. It's common for residents to manage their own utility accounts, though specific arrangements should always be confirmed with park management.
  • Quiet Living Environment: A significant "service" offered, as noted by resident reviews, is the emphasis on maintaining a "quiet place to live." This implies a management focus on promoting a peaceful atmosphere, which benefits all residents seeking tranquility.
  • Property Management: While details on the specifics of property management are not extensively public, a park of this nature would have management oversight for common areas, enforcing community rules, and addressing resident concerns. The park's ability to maintain a "quiet place" suggests some level of active management in fostering a residential environment.
  • Pet Policy: Public information regarding pet policies within mobile home parks can sometimes be complex and vary. While one review mentions "pets allowed to roam freely," it is crucial for prospective residents to inquire directly about the park's official and current pet policy. Many parks have specific rules regarding pet size, breed, number, and leash requirements to ensure the safety and comfort of all residents. The information available for "Rend Lake Cabins" (a separate entity but in the same general area) indicates pets are allowed with specific rules (housebroken, leashed, crate when unattended), suggesting a general pet-friendly attitude in the region, but park-specific rules for Rend Lake Mobile Home Park must be confirmed.

First let me say Gail the property manager is very unprofessional. I can't wait to see her response to this as she is very combative. I tried all day to be nice to her then when I finally say forget it your obviously not doing your job I'll be happy to tell your boss, I get attempted insults. ( ps: Boss if you want to see all the texts I've got them ) We were going to buy a mobile home to flip there. She said twice on 2 diff. Days she would call me, and did not. She hung up when I called , supposedly had bad signal. Then when I decided I did not want to deal with management like that and texted her to tell her I didn't appritiate her lack of professional skills she went on to say I dont sign her check and I should watch what I say to people I want somthing from ( because she is totally in the power to deny me because of what I say ) and to that of course is one thing... Discrimination . So even if I had decided to purchase said property did I just hear you would tell me no because you said you didn't like the foot we got off on ???? Hmmmm pretty sure you can NOT discriminate against someone because you dont like them. ( that may be against the law? Just saying ... ) oh yeah and I'm the bad guy for expressing my thoughts to her lying to is ( twice ) ok :) Now to end it all. I have no problem with the park... only spent 5 mins there. I do however think that if you tell someone somthing multiple times you should do it. Gail did not. Too bad we could have fixed up all them empty mobile homes out there for you. Would have been a nice deal.

It used to be a good place to live before the new owner. They will found a way to get you out of there.
