Customer Reviews
Really nice campground.. level, nice grass, awesome stone sites great hookups. The owners have a great thing going. They can only add things to make it even better.. nice place.
Had a great time. Campground is very clean and sites are spacious. We already booked to more trips and are considering a seasonal site next summer.
Fantastic new RV camping facility in the Raystown area! Super friendly & accommodating owners and staff. Conveniently close to town and "boat friendly" offering storage. Short trip to Snyders Run Boat Launch and Raystown Dam. Super neat and clean camp!
Can’t say enough good things about RidgeView Campground! We were running late getting to the campground on check in day so we called to make sure everything was good for us to get in late. They were extremely nice and accommodating. On the way there one of the campers traveling with us had a bearing issue and had to limp the camper to the campground. As we pulled in we stopped to take the tire off. The owner of the campground saw us outside and came out to provide tools and help late at night. He provided a closer camp site and allowed us to leave the camper at the campground after our checkout until the parts could come in to fix it. We were very lucky that one of the seasonal campers was a mechanic and was able to help get the camper back on the road. We had a great experience with the owners and the friendly seasonals. The campground itself is new and very nice. The sites are huge and everything is clean. I can’t wait to see this campground as it continues to grow and more amenities are offered. (Pool coming and hopefully some trees) We will definitely be back and highly recommend it!
Awesome staff that was very accommodating and friendly! Beautiful level sites with full hookups, easy to maneuver into and out of the site. Wonderful views as it sits at the one of the higher points in the area. Very close to Juniata College, if you wanted to visit a student there. My only hope is that there may be some trees in this campgrounds future as during our stay it was sunny and 90⁰+ and there was no where to escape the sun except inside. It is also wonderfully close to Raystown Lake and all the beauty it has to offer!
