Lot rent has went up twice in one year. Electricity and water are constantly cut off due to leaks and issues. Very rude and just don’t seem to genuinely care about the tenants. New “rules” and “fees” are continuing to pop up as well. Only positive is that they do care about the appearance of the park but it’s at the sake of those who live here.

Great Management. The place has been transformed from a dangerous, crime filled place (when it was Nelson's) to a quiet neighborhood with mostly Hispanic residents. Some problems still, but they work toward fixing them as they come up. Old trees can be a problem with the wind but they make it really pretty. Close to Hi Nabor Supermarket

How can you force your tenant to pay for something they don't use which is the dumpster. Who ask the tenants to vote on a dumpster fee NOBODY. Take the dumpster out when I have a trash fee I have to pay every month.

Yes it seemed to be a very pleasant place I think it's had some renovations done on the landscaping and it's I'm sure got a few more things to get finished but it's definitely I would say something that you would have to see and experience to know if it's
