I don't live here, but I know a couple that has for quite a while and if you’re considering moving into Sands, don’t. Just don’t. The landlord clearly doesn’t give a single crap about the people living here—tenants are treated like dollar signs, not human beings. Instead of creating a safe, livable space for the folks who actually live here, the priority seems to be cramming in new tenants as fast and cheap as possible. The “renovations” are a joke—just enough lipstick to slap on the pig before rushing someone else in. Maintenance? Laughable. They mow the grass like they’re either blind or drunk—maybe both. And snow removal? Good luck. Word around the park is they left an elderly woman TRAPPED in her trailer for days after her awning collapsed from the snow. Once they made it possible for her to open her door (again, days later) She had to dig herself out—alone. In freezing temperatures. The woman has medical issues, so I find that to be double crappy. It’s honestly disgusting how little this place values its residents. This is supposed to be a community for people over 50—a place where people can feel safe and cared for. Instead, it’s a money grab wrapped in false promises and cheap paint. I've done work for landlords in other places and this particular place has shown me that the owners of Sands takes "polishing a turd" quite literally, and have proven it. ...and that's sad. greedy, cheap people, who don't give a crap about decency. What the heck is happening in our world? Do better. Or better yet, avoid it altogether, and most importantly...be kind. The world needs kindness and generosity more than ever. ❤️

My mother-in-law lives here. Her stuff and most of the people's trailers all looks good, but It looks like stuff around the place hasn't had a coat of paint in 20 years. There seems to be a water plant or purification system in the back. There's old vehicles there. May not be their property, but seems likely.

I was helping my Aunt and Uncle move in and the place is beautiful. The community was clean, quiet, and the neighbors seemed very friendly. I'm very excited for them to live here.

I was visited my friends for a few days. The people in yhe community are very friendly. One problem is when i was walking their dogs i would always cleanup after them but so many people do not. Have to watch where ýiu walk.
