Very old and run down property and the lot rent isn't worth it especially with old septic leaking in ground and units on top of each other.and very poor management
It's not necessarily the best looking place, but its peaceful and the residents are fairly friendly. If only people would stop thinking it's better to build "condos" and "extra space storage", than preserving wildlife and local historic land.

Small, older park...I know a resident here...I think it's a nice little park and would live here if I was in the market for a lower cost, older trailer...not mobile home as these are smaller than actual mobile or manufactured homes but just old trailers...Park does seem to be kept clean..streets well the one street that circles through the park, is in very good condition although quite tight. Parking is non-existent..Most residents seem nice and friendly with the occasional trailer trash nut job they all have!! Great location with low lot rent for the location!
