This park has been resident-owned for several years now, which means lot fees are NOT intended to create profit/benefits for a third party owner, but rather for the benefit of the community itself. I have lived here for 6 years, and love the wooded atmosphere and quiet neighborhood. Homes in the park are maintained well, and almost all homes have carports, which is not the case in most mobile home parks. I have great neighbors, and also enjoy the regular visits by local turkeys. :) It's a nice place to retire.

Apr 06, 2022 · Deborah RootNOT a 55+ park. Good and bad just like most places. Used to be more good. No on-site management. If you have an issue with a neighbor or in general, you are on your own. Passive board leadership. Self-owned now and that brings its own share of issues. Recently instituted is a $1,500 non-refundable fee for any new incoming home owner. This money will be used for infrastructure.

The phone number listed is just a recording of some guy saying the number is not in service. I don't know how it is to live there but the communication skill is lacking. Purchased a home in a different park instead. One that replies to emails and responds to phone calls.
