Customer Reviews
Convenient location near the RV capital of the world. Sites well maintained, level, easy in and out. Laundry facility clean, but used frequently. WiFi adequate. This is a very accommodating campground for mobile RV services, in fact one of them recommended this place for that reason. It is surrounded by Amish horse farms and quite beautiful. Be sure to get sites that back up to one, the horses come around frequently (we were on site 132). Some road noise, but otherwise very quiet and peaceful. Reasonably prices as well. Highly recommend.
Nice RV park right in the midst of Shipshewana! Some shaded lots. Gravel pads. Front row very uneven, hard to get level, nice staff will help you find another site if you are unable to level your rig. The rest of the lots seem ok. Picnic tables. Weekly rates. Shelter houses, gazebo, playground. Full hook-ups, 50amp. Within walking distance of some stores. Great location to see Shipshewana!!
It was a great place to camp. We had a great view of the gazebo. You can walk to town from there. So many places to checkout
We stayed at this campground for a week and loved the office staff, our Site and the Amish Community. Many sites are capable of handling Big Rig Motorcoaches towing & long 5th wheels with wide grassy spaces between. Close to grocery store, the flea market and Middlebury if you are having work done on your Rv Our Site#66 was level with hard packed gravel, FHU and a couple trees for shade. There are sites with trees and without. Back Ins and Pull Thru. We also loved the horse pastures and sheep that were on the perimeter of the campground. We would and plan to stay again this Fall.
Great place to stay. Fine enough sites. Walking distance to some fun stores. Two complaints: The hot water at the shower house was difficult to regulate and my husband got scaulded! The guy one site away from us (with no one in-between) had a company come in to wash, wax and detail his RV. This was noisey and very unfair to us! Add on that the workers liked their music loud!
