At first when I reached out about the rv listings I was extremely hopeful. Beautiful area? Awesome price? Rent to own? Wow too good to be true?? It certainly is. The owner/landlord or otherwise person you'd be renting from doesn't care do dispute the other reviews when asked about why they have multiple complaints about having your water or lights cut off. They say "It is probably in your best interest to find something better with more positive reviews. I am not sure what you expect from me. I have over 100 people interested and only 2 RVs to rent." Believe the reviews. Stay away. Save your money. Unless you want to be in the dark with no water or power, cause apparently they don't pay their bills, all while you're doing your part, but they won't do theirs.

The owner is always absent. Our home went without a furnace all winter. We are an older couple. Retired. They would not answer our calls have proof. Even the managers they didn't even look at our messages. Yell at us every time we tried to come in there yard. Yelled at us when we tried to improve home. They stayed drunk. Bad managers. Only another renter tried to help everyone. And deliver mail. Managers are horrible people won't help. Help devide family's. That's all. Owner need a to be involved going down fast

I fist stayed at this campgnd 20 years ago. The owners then were very nice and took care of the location. It was sold about 12 years ago(ish) and the new owner is just out for the money. Never takes care of anything, never there if issues, never answers phone. It has been let go and is very run down. The ONLY thing going for that place is the river and the location. Find somewhere else if possiblle.
