Excellent location. Center man-made lake is beautiful. Park management is exceptional. Units are spaced generously, so owners feel comfortable and enjoy privacy. Easily one of the best parks in Florida.
I was here with a friend who was shopping for a home. The Community is a age restricted, well maintained older homes, the office Clubhouse grounds and streets are well-maintained, has a Swimming Pool, and Shuffel Board Courts at Clubhouse for activities. The Office, Clubhouse pool sits on a Pound . And most of the Community surrounds the Pond for nice water view. This community is close to many restaurants, activities, Parks, and Beaches, and beautiful Tarpon Springs Florida.The best thing is this Community is privately owned not a mega Corporation !
We have lived here 3 years and love it. About 100 mobile homes 50%snowbirds and 50%year-round residents. Active social club and low lot rent compared to others in the area.
