Customer Reviews
It's usually quite and peaceful
I was woken up & questioned for 20 minutes (along with him running my driver's license) by a cop at 4AM while sleeping in my vehicle. I chose to sleep in my vehicle because the heavy rain that day (which continued into the night) had saturated the ground & would have made sleeping in my tent unpleasant. After visiting Russell Cave I headed over DeSoto State Park. The next night I slept in my vehicle at a nearby interstate rest area which was more restful than the option of returning to this campground for another night of being woken up & questioned in the dark.
It's peaceful!!!
It was ok. Not enough lighting and no dump station
Loved it
