The owners are very hospitable. They are very nice people! They are thorough from payment receipts to checking lots daily to ensure standards are met. The lot is clean, very well maintained & has a nice setup to provide a modicum of privacy.

Friendly owners and clean with picnic tables. The park is mainly used by construction workers with travel trailers. All lots are gravel with mainly 30 Amp hookups (some 50 Amps). No real views and just off of 277. No laundry facilities.

Very nice people that own this park. They keep it well maintained. Within 300 feet of Holder Construction entrance!! Best price and easy to maneuver in the lot. Lots of shade!
