Great place to live. Have lived here for over 20 years. Landlord is nice, and takes care of the place, and neighbors are friendly. Also cheaper lot rent than anywhere else in town. The only drawback, is I think it is transitioning to more of an RV park, which is fine. I have friends who want to move here with a mobile home, but can't.
