Customer Reviews
Rainbow springs has changed their name to Sunset Springs campground. They are very nice people and a nice campground. Nothing fancy just a regular campground mostly RV spots. With a pond for Swimming and a fishing pond it’s nice they have a Recreational area with a pavilion they also have a Airbnb. Pet friendly and leash laws apply for all dogs.
Great place to relax. Location is quiet and away from all the tourists. Most people that stay here take great care of their seasonal lots. There are always a few that don’t. We just cut their grass if it’s near our place! I am NOT thrilled about having to pay for visitors either. We personally don’t get many but there are those who take visitors to another level… makes it bad for those who have a couple a year. Great family running the place and I see them working hard to make improvements. It takes time to change things… they are on it!
There's not much to do there, but a fishing pond and you can swim in the same pond, but the bottom is gross. There is a small game room and playground. The bathhouse up front was out of order, so we had to constantly walk to the back of the campground to go potty or shower. There was bee hives in the corners of the women's room.
This has been the best campground I’ve ever stayed at. They have activities and also swimming, fishing and an arcade. They also have disc golf. The owners are super nice also.
Decent location. No cell phone service which is annoying. A small playground for kids which is ok but quickly crowded when there's more than a couple kids down there. Not a lot for kids to do. There's a little lake down there but no pool which sucks for people who don't like to swing in lakes especially with small kids.
