This place needs to be condemned as the front area has toxic sewer gas leaking out causing your home and the entire park as soon as you pull in to smell like human waste. The management company here does not care about your health or basic park maintenance; its even funnier as they just raise the rent to over $400 just to smell sewer gas and have insane jobless neighbors. 1 star because i cant give -100. If you were to move out they have a policy in place where you have to build a gas line in your home which can cost upwards of $1500 depending on where the service line is and if you want to give your home away, park refuses to work with you, the park will charge you $1500 to give your trailer away. So if you plan to move with no gas line prepare to have at least $3000 if you don't want an eviction notice on your renting record. Just this last winter they had snow pushers come in and bury everyone in their own "parking space" without notice which froze the day after making everyone go and chisel all of it off all while tossing their hands up with zero care. If you like jobless insane neighbors, putrid smelling sewer gas, overpriced rent, and a disgusting road that will never have maintenance and a management company that hate you and will never help you then this is the place for you. As of 2023 the lease rent was $430. you can pay $150 more and live in a way better park in every aspect, it is not worth saving $200 a month to go through all of this trash.
