I really enjoyed staying here for the last few months. They are affordable, they are clean, and they're very helpful. I am not a fan of the industrial place next door, only because I am always looking for stuff in the sky such as the northern lights and you can't see that because of the lights being so bright next door. Other than that though, it is pretty quiet here, the delivery drivers usually find this place pretty easily. They have a pool and a playground for The kiddos, the people around here are really nice, the kids have made a lot of friends throughout the months. When I've had issues with something in this park, such as the laundry rooms or my account, they were able to help me out and I appreciate it. I've been to some places where the people who work there are very rude, and really just want nothing to do with anybody, and it's not like that here. I like how it is also outside of the city but still close enough to the city to order delivery or even get in your car and just run 10 minutes down the road. The only thing I will say that I am not a fan of, is the people drive so fast in this place. They have speed limit signs everywhere but you know you always have those people that think they're Speed Racing or something... always in a hurry. But other than that, I've really enjoyed this place.
Jun 05, 2025 · Megan HouseWe lived in our camper on the property for over a year, then in one of the 2 bedroom homes for 7 months. We had great experiences with Magda, the manager. She was kind and always so helpful. Our two kids, ages 9 & 11, loved the playground, basketball court and pool. Overall, it was a great experience.
Jun 03, 2025 · TyAnna VirdellI relocated my family to Texas Ranch RV Resort from Houston, back in October 2023. Unfortunately, what was advertised in their website, start dwindling down the longer I stayed. We ended up moving at the end of last month, due to the lack of services provided when I found this place on google a couple years ago. The most irritating thing, was the lack of lawn care. To call yourself a resort, is mine-boggling when the grass grows above your knees. They ended hiring a company last summer to take care of it, but this is Texas; weekly lawn care is needed if you want to keep looking like a “Resort”. I was having to mow and trim my lawn every other week, when the lawn care people weren’t. Fast forward to May 2025, to when they finally rehired a lawn company again. The pictures attached were from last month (May 2025) Propane was advertised before I moved in here Oct 2023. I check in, and was notified that they do not offer propane (ughhh). Also, my rent went up another $50 a month, after less than a month of staying there, due to a new company buying them out. I wish they would’ve told me this before they booked my reservation. Food Truck Saturdays as they advertised, rarely happened. They keep a sign for “Food Trucks” by the office, but was rarely a food truck there. When the ranch finally allowed a truck there, they were awesome. If you are wanting great customer service, then look somewhere else. That’s not what you get from the lady in charge. She actually chased me down the road, going 30 on 25 mph (which ok, I admit; I was going 5 over). However, I have physically witnessed her doing the same thing, and even faster consistently. That’s why when she chased me down, I told her that she needs to make sure to hold “EVERYONE” accountable. She also, instructed her front office help to call me to warn me about having my dog on a leash. I was like what? I had to complain about it because my dogs are always on a leash. She told me that I was caught on video. When I requested to see the video, she responded, “Oh I can’t show you that”. I then started to proceed meeting her in person at the office, but she called me before I arrived and said, “oh sorry, the manager gave me the wrong site number. It wasn’t you”. Thank you for admitting, but dang; if you’re going to call someone out, be sure it’s the right site number and provide the proof. Laundry rooms. If you’re a gambling type of person, then this is the place for you. You have a 50/50 shot of spending $2/load and the machine actually working. It’s been non stop for the duration of my stay. The only reason why I stayed so long, is because I wanted to wait til my daughter’s school year was over. The location was great, the pool was great, the playground was great, and every neighbor (both sides) were awesome! The office staff has to do better. Keep on looking if you are interested in coming here.
Jun 08, 2025 · Harold BarishQuiet, clean area. Rules are enforced making a pleasant environment. Family oriented with pool area and nice laundry/ shower facilities. Can rent xtra parking in back for truck drivers or whatever. I rent to park my big truck when in on 34 reset . Have enjoyed living here.
Apr 15, 2025 · Donna WrightCalled because I was interested in booking a long-term stay as somewhere to escape to out of the immediate Johnson County area. The woman who answered the phone today, Saturday, June 7, was so rude and had me on speakerphone and deterred me away from even wanting to stay there. Rude service, no upsale or encouragement of any kind to come view the property after asking if we could. Immediate no for us, we will take our money elsewhere
