Promotions or Special Offers

April Valley RV Park, with its strong focus on long-term stays and an adult-only environment, tends to structure its pricing around weekly and monthly rates rather than transient, short-term promotions. Their website openly details these rates, which are likely considered their "special offers" in comparison to daily rates at other parks, designed to appeal to their target demographic of extended-stay residents.

Their pricing includes water and sewer for two people, with an additional charge for extra guests and a per-kilowatt-hour fee for electricity on monthly stays (a $100 electric deposit is also required for monthly rentals). They accept cash or check payments, with full payments due upon arrival and at the beginning of each month. While specific, limited-time "discounts" are not explicitly advertised, the competitive weekly and monthly rates themselves serve as an ongoing incentive for those seeking a longer stay. Given their emphasis on a consistent, peaceful environment, their "promotion" is the value offered through their long-term pricing structure and unique amenities.

For South Carolina residents considering April Valley RV Park, it is highly recommended to contact them directly for the most current pricing, availability, and any specific terms regarding long-term commitments. A direct call will allow you to discuss your needs, confirm rates, and learn about the park's policies firsthand.

Beautiful scenery. Host is accommodating and friendly. Friendly Neighbors. Nice Clubhouse w puzzles, books and some DVD. laundry facility. We appreciate the no children rule!! We are camp hosts in between assignments and it's very nice to have time away from the screaming children and barking dogs! Dogs are allowed inside the park. The dog owners at this park are respectful and don't leave their dogs outside to bark all day. Thanks all of you! We can't wait to return!

Great place to stay. We chose this park to stay in while we looked for a house to buy because it was 45 and older only, no kids allowed and it is gated, so secure. Only expected to be here for a few months, but it took 2 years to find and buy our house. We were happy staying here while we searched. Lovely, friendly people. Quiet, clean, and the rates very reasonable. If we hadn't found a house, would have been content to remain here.

We have been coming here every year for the past 6 years. It is quiet, peaceful, and has a beautiful lake for fishing. The owner is very friendly, helpful; even sharing produce from her garden. We really like the improvements she has completed and look forward to our next visit. We camped here in a fifth wheel.
