The roads are being neglected here, we have pot holes all throughout. We are being charged luxury prices for low income housing. Management is useless in bad weather, meaning they never salt or plow the sidewalks or roads. If they don't stop raising the land rent, we will be forced to move sooner than we planned. I underatand that Sun Homes is corporate owned and our community is only 1 of over 250 communities that they own and are neglecting. It's starting feel like Sun Homes is the new slum lord.
Clean, quiet, and nice place to live. The park needs to have more for the children & they need a pool. Then it would be an outstanding place to live. They check your upkeep of your home quite often, which is nice. Neighbors keep a look out for you daily. 😊
Good clean area for the most part close to stores, fast food and bars. Could use a updated playground but there is a lot of speeding also! The place needs some speed bumps or something.
Over $1000 in rent and they cant even salt the roads! Runaway as fast as you possibly can. Whatever you do, don't live here. The place is a dump. Management is zero help after your lease is signed.
I live in this community with my husband and our two children it's a beautiful community but management is constantly changing they do not plow the roads when it Snow's nor do they salt my rent has gone up several times since living here the last 5 years I could see raising the rent once a year by $10 dollars so far every time my rent has been raised it has been at least $25 or more for what they need a new park for the kids take care of snow removal and salt and I think we deserve a pool in our new Clubhouse all the plumbing is there for the pool but yet we're not getting one so what did my rent get raised for seems like a lot of people are constantly moving out now I think I understand why like I said the community is beautiful I love most of my neighbors however I do believe that management could be better
