They don’t care about their residents at all. Be prepared for them to complain about the smallest things you have, like having a small pool. I don’t know what they expect us to do, none of the kids have anything to do. They just wonder the streets. If they hate us having pools in our own yard then they should build us one with all the extra space they have. Maybe even build a better park…
It's what you make of it. Staff is great friendly good people. Only problems really are the ones that are self inflicted and management has no control over that. It's clean. Lot rent is questionable but again management doesn't set the rules just inforce them. So if it's a home you make or just passing through it's what you do and kind of people you are.
The best manufactured home community I've ever experienced. Extremely structured and monitored. Super impressed with Lori while attending open house. Really, really impressed! Hope to make it my home community soon, as soon as the right place becomes available!
Have lived here for over two years and had no problems till of recent. We've ALWAYS paid our rent before the 1st of the month and the one time we decide to pay it on the 1st they say they didn't receive it but their own app shows that it was paid on the 1st. So why the letters of court?!Besides this craziness it had been great living here.
there are 4 adults in a 3 bedroom house. Each having a car. Now with a 3 car driveway and no way to possibly fit it’s a must to park on the street. Where there is no impact where it’s parked but yet still harassed about it being on the side of the road. Give me a bigger driveway and I’ll happily park there. Don’t threaten to tow a car because it bothers you. Is that how you treat your residents? Besides that quite and peaceful. Seems like the office holds grudges
