The park is terrible! Pipes in the park are always breaking, the water is sub-par, management is RUDE and condescending and nothing is ever fixed. The park is always filthy and trees never get trimmed they just fall on homes (serious). The rent in this Park has become ridiculous! Rent went from $450 to $1,000 in less than 5 years!!! The owner has allowed this park to go from an ok living to trailer park trash! I would recommend staying as far away as possible, unless you like living like white trash.

4 year living in here and this is the first time I say I am disappointed of the park. Please invest in the curb appeal that's the least we deserve we already got the $80 rent increase at least make this feel like home again. 😓

I’ve been living in this place for 5 years, I’ve never received any maintenance even when requested. Streets are filled of pot holes. There is no maintenance crew. They make you pay for a lawn care that only cuts the front of the park, Homeless are all over looking to break into houses and steal. Nicole the new park manager only cares about how she looks and not for the park, has horrible customer service skills and will lie to your face and say she’ll have someone look at it and no one ever comes. This place just keeps getting worse and prices for rent are just ridiculous. Please think twice about choosing to live here.

Bought a place in here and lost all 3 of are cars. Woman who got arrested 3 weeks before I moved in for walking around park naked. Hit and total all 3 cars in my yard at 5:30 am. Park took no responsibility . I sold and got out. New management about every 6 months. Not a good place at all. Don't waste ur time or money. They have to approve buyers and take full advantage of it. Penny and dime you to death. Charge for terrible water that comes out brown most of the time. Turns your whites brownish

Worst place I’ve ever lived!!!! Run, do not purchase a home here. The owners do not care about the park or the people in it. The lot rent increases yearly but no improvements have been done. Water is nasty but you still pay $15-20 monthly for it. I spend $8-10 weekly for bottled water because water from spigot is not for drinking unless you like bleach. 4 different managers in 4 years says a lot about this place.
