Have lived here almost 15 years now and it’s a great place to retire. People control their dogs, they are friendly and quit. Most of us go to bed early and get up early. It’s fun to walk around the the park and see neighbors on their porch having coffee.
I bought a beautiful single wide on West Sunset and loved it. My occupation took me away 6 years ago. Now live in Oklahoma! I miss Texas. I miss Kerrville. I miss THMHP and my neighbors there. This town and community is fantastic for Seniors. I would move back in a minute!
Nice people seems well managed. I would say the near shops and eateries a big plus, a number within walking distance, . Management easy to work with.
My twin sister now lives in Three Hills Mobile Home Park. It would be nice if management would enforce the speeding limits within the parameters of the park. I don't like the fact that it dangerous for me and others trying to back out of her driveway. Speed limit is 15 m.p.h.,and yet residents seem to think or better yet, their actions are saying something completely different.
