Have lived here almost 15 years now and it’s a great place to retire. People control their dogs, they are friendly and quit. Most of us go to bed early and get up early. It’s fun to walk around the the park and see neighbors on their porch having coffee.

I don't like the fact that it dangerous for me and others trying to back out of her driveway. Speed limit is 15 m.p.h.,and yet residents seem to think or better yet, their actions are saying something completely different.
