Features / Highlights

Tiny Town RV Campground distinguishes itself with several unique features and highlights that enhance the guest experience, going beyond what one might typically expect from a campground:

  • Exceptional Cleanliness: The most consistently praised feature is the unparalleled cleanliness of all facilities, particularly the bathrooms and kitchen. This dedication to hygiene significantly elevates the comfort level for all guests.
  • Thoughtful Glamping Amenities: The "small extras" in the glamping units, such as sleeping masks, earplugs, USB ports, flashlights, and detailed instructions for heating/cooling, demonstrate an impressive attention to guest comfort and convenience.
  • Responsive and Friendly Owner: Mike, the owner, receives high commendation for his friendliness and quick responses, fostering a welcoming and helpful environment that significantly contributes to a positive stay.
  • Convenient Location to Major Hubs: Being "close to Summerville/Charleston area" is a major highlight, offering guests the best of both worlds: a peaceful retreat with easy access to urban amenities, events, and attractions.
  • Reliable Full Hookups and Wi-Fi: For RV campers, the easy accessibility of full hookups and reliable Wi-Fi means a stress-free experience, whether for work or leisure.
  • Comfortable Sleeping in Glamping Units: Despite potentially chilly nights (as noted for early June), the bed heaters and other provisions ensure a warm and comfortable sleep, even in tent-style accommodations.
  • Skepticism-Dispelling Quality: One review noted they were "skeptical booking a site before seeing especially something more than a weekend," but were thoroughly impressed, indicating the park exceeds expectations even for discerning, longer-term visitors.
  • Unique Experience: Offering both traditional RV sites and a "glamping" style of camping provides a diverse and unique experience not found at every campground.

Promotions or Special Offers

While specific, publicly advertised "promotions" in the traditional discount sense are not explicitly provided in the reviews for Tiny Town RV Campground, the true value and "special offer" often lies in the quality of the experience and the consistent positive attributes. However, based on the flexibility and customer-focused approach evident in the reviews, visitors might find certain unspoken advantages or ways to maximize their value:

  • Extended Stay Value: The sentiment from a reviewer considering "staying much longer" if retired, hints that the daily rates translate into excellent value for longer durations, making extended stays more appealing.
  • "Small Extras" as Value-Add: The inclusion of amenities like "sleeping masks and ear plugs, USB ports, flashlight, and detailed instructions for bed heater, fan, etc." in glamping units are essentially value-added features that enhance the stay without an extra charge, acting as a form of "promotion" for comfort and convenience.
  • Consistent High Quality: The consistent praise for "sparkling clean" facilities and responsive management means you are consistently receiving a premium experience, which in itself is a significant benefit over potentially cheaper, but lower-quality, alternatives. This reliability is a core value proposition.

My husband and I loved our stay in Montana! We originally had planned to get the Aframe but gave that to my FIL and got the tent instead. Both were so cute and full of small extras...sleeping masks and ear plugs, USB ports, flashlight, and detailed instructions for bed heater, fan, etc. I loved the fully equipped very clean kitchen! The bathroom was also a nice surprise...sparkling clean, poopouri, cloth hand towels, hair dryer, well light, 2 showers with shampoo, conditioner, and body gel. I would encourage everyone to experience this type of clamping. I slept like a baby and even though the night got chilly (I stayed in early June) I was never cold.

Found this campground on google because we needed somewhere to stay near our daughter after having her first baby. Campground is easy to get to and close to Summerville/charleston area. Owner Mike is very friendly and always quick to respond with any questions. We are generally skeptical booking a site before seeing especially something more than a weekend. Full hookups and WiFi were easily accessible. If we were retired already we would definitely be staying much longer.

Paid for the entire month of June, have not been on the site since the purchase, owner refused to refund any portion of the lot rent for a lot that didn't even get used. Owner takes offense if your dog poops on the ground and it's there longer than 5 minutes, yet can't seem to regulate people picking up after dogs on the dog yard. Communication is limited to text because owner doesn't like to talk on the phone. I stayed here for 4 months

Family owned campground with full hook-ups and a food truck on the property! We were here on a Thursday evening and had delicious chicken street tacos. Fun zipline for the kids and plenty of green space for the dog. Peaceful location surrounded by trees. You can hear the birds chirping and the neighbor's rooster while you sit outside enjoying the morning sun. Great location for exploring Summerville or Charleston, or for spending the day at one of the many nearby beaches. They offer a discount if staying a week which is wonderful since there is so much to do within an hour from here. We enjoyed our time on this property and will be back when in the area again.

Nice spacious campground conveniently located between 95 and Charleston, the owner Mike does an excellent job maintaining the grounds, and the sites are easily accessible. Good service if you have Verizon, Wi-Fi is included and works well all over the property. Look forward to staying again!
