Stayed here for a few months, had not planned to stay long, but the monthly price was hard to beat! The owner “Jerry”, was the kindest to us, we had our own mail box to get things we needed before traveling! Very convenient location, dollar general a 1 mile or so walk away, and a food lion about 5 miles or more. Jerry checks in with his long or short term tenants, and makes sure they are all set. Brought packages over if they dropped it off at his, and a great guy to have a conversation with! He went out of his way to send the propane guy over to check our tank. He just was so respectful and nice to us. We will definitely go back this coming fall! (Photos from the park)

I travel for a living, and I’ve been to RV parks from North Dakota to here, South Carolina. I can’t recall meeting ANYONE like Mr. Jerry. He made me feel welcome my second day here (he gave me a book signed to me from him). He never intruded, harassed, or disturbed me, which is not always the case in some other campgrounds. I never intended on talking when I paid monthly rent, but I couldn’t help the rabbit hole conversations that I had with him. If you are, ever, in the area, give that place a try. If I still had business in South Carolina, I’d still be there, but duty calls. That place is 5 star, in my book. No pun intended.

We stayed here for a quick overnight in late October 2018 while traveling south. Good, little park for an overnight. Very quiet and the owner was nice on check-in. With a Good Sam discount, it was only $27 for full hook-up which we were happy about. I’m not sure there is enough to do in the area to warrant a long-term stay, but it was great for the night. Easy access to the park from I-95. Decent cell signal as well. We didn’t have to level and could have stayed hooked-up if we wanted. We would stay here again if ever back in the area.
