The management is two faced , the manager Patti actually stole from us why we were in the process of moving . In between trips she took it upon herself to take personal sentimental things from our family , I have proof from our neighbors. Very fake . The remolded trailers look good . But they are wham bam fixer uppers.

I have lived here for 3 years and I absolutely love it here. My neighbors are fantastic, we all look out for each other and the park. Our manager is great, she has really done a great job with our community. If something needs done Patti is on top of it, and does a great job. Because of her and the community I have decided to purchase my trailer, I love it here 🥰
The landlord is a dictator, we lived here for over 3 years, she is threatening to tow my car because we have jacked up waiting a claim adjuster, she’s states any inoperative or illegal cars will be towed, the car is registered, insured and legal - don’t move here she is nice at first but turns evil
