Apryl, THE GOAT, Best Woman of The Year Award, get this woman a bonus!!! So very patient with me and my indecisiveness, allowed me to really take the time to figure out which home I wanted. She even stayed late for me! On her own PERSONAL TIME! She met me on a Saturday, after closing. She is so dedicated, & made my experience so EASY. By far made me feel comfortable in my decision making, & made me feel 100% I was making the right one. I would 10000 times over refer her to anyone! Thank you SO MUCH!!!! You’re amazing girl!!!!

DO NOT ever move here. These people are crooks. They will add fees to bill as often as they can. They never do what they promise. Home remodeled prior to move in and plumbing messed but from that first day. After many attempts to repair was told to call plumber because the maintenance man was busy at another location. Now getting charged for plumbing bill. They have have huge turnaround in managers since living here and apparently managers have not logged issues or complaints as they should have. Was told they would put shirting on house and they never did. Horrible environment! Don’t ever go there!!!

I give 3 stars because this place has done the job as far as if you need something quick like we did at the time it's a home. We have lived here for almost 3 years and most of that hasn't been bad. Except for recently. First of all the 3 years I've been here they have gone through about 4 or 5 managers. This same time last year our AC went out and we called someone to come look at it however they temporary fixed the problem. Now it's almost 100 degrees outside and guess what our ac is out! It is going on day 11 and still Noone has fixed this issue...something always comes up and no one finishes the job. Obviously this is frustrating because it's freaking hot outside! Another issue is they do not mow as often as it needs. My Step son was taking out dogs out and was bit by a snake (he's ok) but he probably would have been able to see better if the grass was cut more often especially in the summer.

Worst place in Lumberton, they over promise and under deliver. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Old homes supposedly rerurbished.....ha what a joke. Too busy refurbing to take care of current tennants issues. 4 1/2 mos was all I could take. If they would have let Stephanie do all she had planned it might have improved. Instead we got our 4th mgr in the 4mos I was there! Owner ties their hands all for the mighty dollar.
