Julie is amazing. She works with you. The residents in the park is very friendly. The maintenance man is always working and keeping the park clean. The grass is always cut. There is never trash in the road or grass clipping. The maintenance man Shawn keeps yards clean looking by cutting the grass and weeding the weeds around lots. The people in the community is by far amazing and friendly. One person watches out and offers help and makes sure you feel same and welcoming in the park. That person fixed an issue with a new person who came in and after a few days she made sure I felt safe in my little lot and made sure I didn't feel like I was bothering someone by not feeling safe. That person made me feel safe. They check the bathrooms nightly to make sure they are well taken care of. Even the bathroom spider has a home lol. He or she just chills with you now and doesn't bother you. Will never like them but they have a heart for all species and insects lol. You have stray cats that are loved and well taken care of. It's a very friendly place and a well loved community. They also make sure there dumpster area is picked up and there is never a day where that dumpster is over filled.
Aug 31, 2024 · alliauna Anderson10 years ago I almost bought a place here because the mobile home itself was decent and clean, but that was just up front. After driving around the park I soon saw that it's very trashy. It's also located directly on the most deadly road by far in the area. You'll always be stuck in traffic due to accidents. If you try walking on the sidewalk you'll need to be packing to be ready for the drug addicts, homeless, drunks and criminals.
Mar 01, 2025 · David SullinsI seen a mobile home on market place for sale. My wife and I went to look at it and there was a stop work order posted. Apparently they never pulled a permit. On the for sale sign it said, $17,500, then reduced to $9,999, then on market place it says $4,500 and it was appraised for $44,000. Anyways, the park itself was kinda of trashy. I think the lot rent was $680 a month. That's to much. The money needs to be used to fix the place up.
Aug 27, 2024 · Kevin WagamanI stayed here 3 times for 6 month stints. Good quiet place to stay
Feb 21, 2025 · Winston JorgensenOlder park but good, however... Office staff is the worst! We asked for a 6 month lease, received it, paid 700 first month inc deposit. Next month, was told computer shows zero balance. 3rd month suddenly, before the rent was even due, suddenly we only paid the deposit and they want 2800 lump sum. Tried to talk to them but they wouldn't listen to anything we had to say.
